The arrival of Narcos did little to improve Colombia’s reputation as a country plagued with political instability, crime and drug wars – if anything, it has glamourised the nation’s past. Yet when photographer Mollie Moore visited Colombia during her travels across South America in 2016, she discovered a country filled with vibrant personalities and breathtaking landscapes. Follow in Mollie’s footsteps as she works her way through different regions, from Bogotá to remote eco-villages, unveiling the beautiful side of Colombia we don’t get to see from the outside looking in.
